Thankful,

The definition of the word, “thankful,” is two-fold. It means to be both pleased and relived and it also means to express gratitude and relief.

 

In life, we are going to have many ups and downs! It’s simply the way life is in the fallen world that we live in. Sometimes these roller coasters of emotions will have us to forget to be thankful in ALL things.

 

God has forever fixed things to workout for eternal Good for those who are in Union with Christ Jesus. No matter what is happening here on earth, whether we fully understand what’s going on or not, we must be thankful! Being thankful is an act of

 

Faith that says, “God I trust you no matter what.” Thankfulness takes our minds off of ourselves and places it back where it belongs, On Jesus!

 

Even if I don’t have understanding that I desire, I will still be Thankful in ALL THINGS for you are Good enough for ME!

 

Your Plans ARE Perfect!

 

The simple fact that our sins have been fully forgiven because of Jesus Christ, should cause us to always have an attitude of Thankfulness.

 

Thank You Jesus, I am Forgiven and made a New Creation!

I would encourage you no matter what you are doing now, to stop for a minute and just offer up to God a time of Thanksgiving Praise. No matter if things are going great for you or you are in the mist of a trying time. We can be pleased and relived to know, that the God of all Creation has EVERYTHING under HIS control!
